North West Kilmarnock Area Centre

The Centre, a key joint partnership development between East Ayrshire Council and NHS Ayrshire & Arran, has brought a wide range of primary care and other public services together in the one Centre.

Booking Conditions

All rooms are available to be booked by employees of EAC, NHS Ayrshire & Arran and local Community Groups/Organisations.

  • Bookings can be made for the current calendar year
  • All requests for use of a room must be submitted on an official NWKAC Booking Form and emailed to nwacreception@east-ayrshire.gov.uk

  • Centre Opening Times

    The Centre is open 7 days a week. Rooms are bookable from 9.00am each day until 9.30pm weekdays and 5.30pm on a Saturday and Sunday.

    Catering Facilities

    There are 2 options available in regard to Catering ;

  • On Site Services : Catering can be provided by EAC On-Site Services. To book contact Chris Walker, Senior Catering Manager on 01563 526460 or email onsiteservices@east-ayrshire.gov.uk

  • Centre : Alternatively should you only wish to book Tea/Coffee/Hot Chocolate and biscuits this can be arranged directly with NWKAC (Please refer to booking explanatory notes for procedure)


    Centre has undernoted equipment which can be booked (dependant on availability) by emailing nwacreception@east-ayrshire.gov.uk

  • Laptop (Not Network Linked)
  • Note: Wall mounted pull-down Projection Screens are in place in Multi-Purpose Room and Meeting Room 1.
